Process Server and Grade IV vacncies under DC Office, Barpeta[2013]

Total eight number of posts of Process Server and twenty five number of posts of Grade IV are lying vacant under the amalgamated establishment of the Deputy Commissioner, Barpeta. Applications in prescribed form are invited from the interested and eligible candidates for these vacant posts. Candidates who are already in service should apply with proper channel. 1. Name of the Post : Process Server

Number of Posts : 8

Reservation : OBC/MOBC-2, Unreserved-6

Scale of Pay : Rs. 4,560-15,000/- Grade Pay Rs. 1,600/- plus other allowances as per rule.

Educational Qualifications : Minimum educational qualification required is Class VIII passed.

2. Name of the Post : Grade IV

Number of Posts : 25

Reservation : OBC/MOBC-2, ST(P)-1, ST(H)-2, PH-1, Unreserved-14

Scale of Pay : Rs. 4,560-15,000/- Grade Pay Rs. 1,600/- plus other allowances as per rule.

Educational Qualifications : Minimum educational qualification required is Class VIII passed.

How to Apply

Candidates may apply in prescribed form as shown in the image along with the following documents-

1. Attested copies of all certificates of educational and other qualifications, age, caste.
2. Two copies of recent passport size photograph duly attested by Gazetted officers.
3. A self addressed envelop of size 10x5 affixing postal stamp of Rs. 5/-.
4. Copies of registration form of Employment Exchange.

In all cases, age of the applicants should be in the range 18 to 38 years as on 1^st January, 2013. Completed application must reach the following office on or before 21^st December, 2013.
