Grade IV Posts under Golaghat & Dhubri Treasury Establishment[2013]

Several numbers of Grade IV posts are opening under Golaghat Treasury Establishment and Dhubri Treasury Establishment. Number of vacant posts for Golaghat Treasury is four, of which one is reserved for SC, one for ST(P) and one for ST(H). Number of vacancy for Dhubri Treasury is two, which are unreserved post.

Name of the Post : Grade-IV

Number of Posts : Golaghat-4, Dhubri-2

Scale of Pay : Rs. 4,560-Rs. 15,000/-plus Grade Pay Rs. 1,500/-.

Age Limit : Candidates must not be less than 18 years and more than 38 years as on 1^st January, 2013. However, relaxation of age is applied for reserved category candidates.

Qualification : Minimum required qualification is Class VIII passed.

How to Apply

Candidates have to apply in Standard Form with the inclusion of the following documents-

1. Attested copies of all certificates in support of educational qualification, age, caste and Employment Exchange Certificate.
2. Two copies(3 copies for Dhubri) of recent passport size photograph duly attested by Gazetted Officer,
3. A self addressed envelop of size 22x10 affixing postal stamp of Rs. 5/- only.

Last date of receipt of application form for Golaghat is 22^nd December, 2013.

Last date of receipt of application form for Dhubri is 7^th December, 2013.

Application form must be sent to the Treasury officer of the respective Districts.

Candidates will be selected on the basis of an oral interview.
