APSC to Recruit Assistant Engineer under Assam Government [2013]

Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) publishes an advertisement for the recruitment of several posts of Assistant Engineer under various department of Assam Government. Scale of Pay : Rs. 12,000/- to Rs. 40,000/- plus Grade Pay of Rs. 5,400 plus other allowances as admissible.

Age : 21 years to 38 years as on 01.01.2013. the upper age limit is relaxable upto 5 yearsd for ST/SC candidate and 2 years for Ex-Servicemen.

Educational qualification : A candidate must pass BE Degree in concerned discipline from any institute recognized by AICTE.

Application forms can be obtained from the Issie and Receipt section of the Assam Public Service Commission, Jawahar Nagar, Khanapara, Guwahati-22 or can be downloaded from the APSC's website www.apsc.nic.in. Candidates must have to enclose original Treasury Challan of Rs. 5.00 (Rs. 2.50/- for SC/ST) as application fee showing name of the post and Department also full head of account “NON-TAX REVENUE -OTHER NON-TAX REVENUE-0051-PSC, 102-STATE PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION APPLICATION/EXAMINATION FEE RECEIPT OF APSC”.
