"Horticulture Mission for North East and Himalayan States"

1. Name of the Position : Research
Associate- Soil Science
Number of Post : 1
Qualification : Candidates must be a
Ph.D degree / Master's degree
holder in Soil Science or
must have
obtained relevant degree in Agricultural/Biological
Sciences with
1st Division or 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.
Experience Required : Candidates who
have at least two years of research experience in the field of
Horticultural, Plantation. Soice croos.
2. Name of the Position : Research
Associate- Plant Breeding
Number of Post : 1
Qualification : Candidates must be a
Ph.D degree / Master's degree
holder in Plant Breeding or Botany
or
must have obtained relevant degree in Agricultural/Biological
Sciences with 1st Division or 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.
Experience Required : Candidates who
have at least two years of research experience in the field of
Horticultural, Plantation. Soice croos.
3. Name of the Position : Research
Associate- Agricultural Extension
Number of Post : 1
Qualification : Candidates must be a
Ph.D degree / Master's degree
holder in Agricultural Extension
or
must have obtained relevant degree in Agricultural/Biological
Sciences with 1st Division or 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.
Experience Required : Candidates who
have at least two years of research experience in the field of
Horticultural, Plantation. Soice croos.
Renumeration : Rs. 23000/- per month
for M.Sc degree holders and Rs. 24000/- per month for ph.D
degree holders + HRA as admissible
Age Limit : Upper age limit for men is
40 years and for women is 45 years. Upper age limit is relaxed for
SC/ST/OBC candidates
as per rule.
Candidates have to bring all the
documents from HSLC onwards along with bio-data. Candidates will be
selected on the basis of a Written Test followed by interview.
Written Test will be held on the same day before the interview.
