Assam TET for Lower Primary, 2013

So, from today, the online application can be submitted for Assam State Teachers' Eligibility Test for Lower Primary, 2013. The online application process will be closed on 31^st December, 2013. Keep in mind that this test is only for BANGLA, HINDI, GARO, HAMAR, NEPALI, MANIPURI & KARBI mediums and the reserved category i.e. SC, ST(H), ST(P) in Assamese medium. Below we have stated all about requisite qualification and application procedure.

Eligibility

• Candidates must be permanent resident of Assam,
• Candidates must have passed Higher Secondary Examination or its equivalent with at least 50% marks,
• Or with at least 45% marks with 2 years diploma in Elementary Education in accordance with NCTE regulation, 2002.
• Or with at least 50% marks with 4 years B.Ed.
• Or with at least 50% marks with 2 years Diploma in Education (Special Education).
• Or, Graduate from any UGC recognized University, in this case, candidates' percenrage need not be 50% marks in HS level.

Relaxation is applicable up to 5% on marks in qualifying examination.

How to Apply

Before filling up the application form, first download brochure from here. Read all the points carefully about how to apply and insert the informations. Then you may go to either http://ssaassam.gov.in/rtact.htm or www.tetassam.com. From there you will be redirected to the online application page. After submitting the Online Application Form, you have take the print out of the E-challan copy. Candidates have to pay a fee of Rs. 500/- as examination fee through the e-challan in any branch of State Bank of India. Bank will provide Transaction ID as confirmation of payment. That's all. Your application will be accepted.

Opening of online Application Form and deposit of examination fee : 18^th December, 2013 to 31^st December, 2013.

Date of Examination : 12^th January, 2014

Declaration of Result : 30^th January, 2014
