Assam Mahila Samata Society, Assam which is a Mahila Samakhya Programme under Department of School Education & Literacy, Govt. of India, is looking for suitable candidates for the positions of Consultant , District Programme Coordinator and District Resource Person . Only the female candidates can apply for this posts.

1. Name of the Post : Consultant (one post for State office)
   Pay : Rs. 12000.00 – 18000.00 per month.

Qualification and Experiences

• Post Graduate Degree in any discipline.
• At least six years working experience in any women's development programme/ NGOs.
• Preference will be given to candidates having technical qualification in gender development.
• Apart from these, candidates having training skill, knowledge of Computer, Reporting and documents skill in English/ Assamese will be preferred most.
• Candidates should have the ability to communicate fluently in English and Assamese.
• The upper age limit is 38 years.
  
  
  2. Name of the Post : District Programme Coordinator (one Post for District office).
  Pay : Rs. 11,500.00 – 15,000.00 per month.

Qualification and Experiences

• Post Graduate degree in any discipline.
• At least 6 years experience of working with grass-root women on Gender issues.
• Preference will be given to candidates having fluency in English & local language and Administrative experience. Computer knowledge is also essential.
• The upper age limit is 38 years.

3. Name of the Post : District Resource Person (one post for District office) .
   Pay : Rs. 10,000.00 – 12,000.00 per month

Qualification and Experiences

• Candidates must be graduate in any discipline.
• Candidates must have at least two years of working experience with grass- root women on Gender issues.
• Should be capable of Report writing.
• Must have training and grass root mobilization skill.
• Must be fluent in local language.
• Candidates having knowledge of Computer will be preferred most.
• The upper age limit is 38 years.
