Recruitment of Havildar Education from NE States [2014]

Recruitment notification has been published for Havildar Education in Group X and Group Y in the Army Educational Crops of Indian Army. The recruitment will be carried out for North East states at Headquarters Recruiting Zone, Shillong from 10^th of January, 2013. Of-course, this recruitment is only for male candidates of NE. Eligibility Conditions

For Group X : M.A./M.Sc/MCA or B.A/ B.Sc/ B.Sc(IT)/ BCA with B.Ed from any recognized university.

For Group Y : B.A/ B.Sc/ B.Sc(IT)/ BCA (no need to have B.Ed degree) from any recognized university.

Candidates should be good particularly in English as well as Hindi, and should have at least two of the below subjects at graduate level-

B.Sc :

• Mathematics,
• Physics,
• Chemistry,
• Botany
• Zoology,
• Electronics,
• Computer Science/ Applications,
• B.Sc (IT),
• Biology

B.A. :

• English Literature,
• Hindi Literature,
• Urdu,
• History,
• Geography,
• Political Science,
• Economics,
• Psychology,
• Mathematics,
• Sociology

Age Limit : Age of the candidates should not be less than 20 years and more than 25 years as on 10^th January, 2013.

Marital Status : Only unmarried candidates can apply for the said position.

Physical Standard :

1. Height : 160 cm,
2. Weight : 48 kg
3. Chest : Minimum 77 cm and expansion of 5 cm.

Physical Fitness :

1. 1 Mile Run in 6:20 minutes,
2. Pull up (Beam) : 6 (minimum)
3. Zid zag balance : Qualify
4. 9 Feet Ditch : Qualify

Medical : Medical tests will be carried out as per standards of regular army. Candidates with Tattoo/Engraving only on reverse side of the palm or inner face of forearms will be permitted.

Documents Needed : At the time of screening, following documents must be produced -

1. Two sets of attested photocopies,
2. Original Metric Certificates as proof of date of birth,
3. Original Degree Certificate with Marksheets,
4. Latest character Certificate,
5. PRC/ Domicile Certificate/ Nativity Certificate signed by DC/ ADC for original inhabitants,
6. Voter List, Ration Card, Land Record Documents for outside settlers, Muslim and Gorkhas Domicile Certificate,
7. Caste Certificate with Photo duly affixed countersigned by DC/ ADC,
8. Five copies of latest coloured photograph.

Completed application should reach the HQ Recruiting Zone, Shillong latest by 5^th December, 2013.
